Okay so this may sound crazy... but I have started drinking collagen. It is amazing! I saw this product advertised last year when I was in Hong Kong, and luckily the brand (Fancl) has a store near my hotel in Shanghai.
I drink one bottle every day and let the collagen work from the inside out. Fancl is a Japanese company... and unfortunately they cannot currently sell this in the U.S. But you can have it shipped to you stateside, and I think it is worth it!
