Things I Want: Saturday Surf NYC T-shirt

Ready for some wardrobe additions for summer? I am! And today I saw a fun t-shirt collection from Saturdays Surf NYC.

I think the worn and heathered look on the gray shirt is fantastic, and the simple lettering gets across the branding in a fun way.

This style comes in three colors (gray, red, and black) and there are other styles to choose from in the collection. Check them all out here (courtesty of Inven.tory): http://www.inventorynyc.com/saturdays-surf-nyc/141-surf-nyc-tee-grey.html.

Things I Have: Slip-ons from Clae

I love Clae, they're a great streetwear brand that makes some fantastic slip-ons, velcro straps, and high tops. And I have been a little obsessed with Gilt lately... today the two came together and I bought some rockin' Clae slip-ons, as my first Gilt purchase!

I liked the green color (officially called "lichen") that I think will work in Summer and into Fall, and the slip-on makes it a great warm weather option.

With Gilt's delivery schedule I should get these in about a month (why so long!) but I can't wait for them to arrive...

Things I Want: Sunnies from Ray-ban

Yesterday I wrote about a new swimsuit I want... so today I thought I would continue the trend of beachgoing wares and show you the hot sunnies I want for summer!

Now anyone who knows me knows that I have a penchant for losing sunglasses. Like all the time. Somehow I've held onto my current pair of John Varvatos for a record breaking 8 months.

But if I had sunnies as bright and colorful and rockin' as these, I would never let them go! From Ray-ban and designed by Matt Moore, they are super cool for warm weather.

Things I Want: Lilly Pulitzer Swimsuit

Well folks, summer is coming! The weather is getting warmer and I have a trip to Hawaii scheduled next month. Time for a new swimsuit...

As you've probably read from me before, I have a fascination with Lilly Pulitzer. I have been searching for a vintage men's coat on eBay. Let's just say the search continues.

But the prints, the colors, the Palm Beach lifestyle. I want it all!

So naturally in my search for some new swimmies, I ventured over to their site. And look at these beauts I found:

I love the way sealife is incorporated into the design while still keeping it very bright and vibrant. And you sure won't get lost on the beach!

Go to the Lilly Pulitzer site and check out the rest of their swim collection (plus some great coats, pants, and ties): http://www.lillypulitzer.com/Swim/Capri-Trunk-Printed/invt/72843&bklist=icat,4,shop,mens,mensswim

Things I Love: Miami photo shoot by Alexander Neumann

Shazam! I found this awesome photo shoot on The Fashionisto... it is by Alexander Neumann, featuring Guiri Reyes.

With the mix of colors and movement and patterns, the photos rock! And learning it was shot in Miami totally makes sense, since it is a city with a lot of vibrancy and attitude.

The photo below is a favorite but you have to check out all of the shots.

Go to The Fashionisto to see the rest!

Things I Want: Polka-Dot Coat

I know I have been on a hiatus from posting the things I want, have, and love.... but I'm back now and hoping to get caught up with some amazing new finds!

First up is a photo shoot from this month's GQ Russia. Unfortunately I'm to tell from the scans (courtesy of The Fashionisto) who this jacket is by, but I could hazard a guess... Thom Browne anyone?

I really like the dark color of the jacket, contrasted with the white dots. And the size of the circles are large enough to make an impact and keep the piece masculine.

If you know who this is by, let me know! And see more scans from the spread at: http://thefashionisto.com/blog/2010/04/06/mat-gordon-by-yu-tsai-gq-style-russia/#more-63405
