Raf Simons Hightops: Things I Want

Yes, yes, another shoe post. But it is a) a hightop and b) Raf. I mean, come on!

Really into the color and fabric and the double velcro at the top. The quilting on the top of the heel is also pretty cool. But of course what pulls it all together is the Raf simplicity and utility. In my anguish over the end of his men's line, I will take anything + everything that I can find from him.

Things I Want: Sweatshirt from WeSC

I've long been a fan of WeSC, a label that melds skateboarding and snowboarding cultures, in a really fun and cool way. The apparel always has a great mix of some urban edge but with total wearability.

They've now teamed up with a graffiti artist to collaborate on a small collection. Perusing through the items, I really liked this sweatshirt! The design isn't overwhelming but adds a great touch to the item.

You can read more about the collaboration and see photos of the other pieces at Highsnobiety: http://www.highsnobiety.com/news/2010/02/09/wesc-x-mode-2-capsule-collection/wesc-x-mode-2-capsule-collection-01/

Things I Want: Moncler Gamme Bleu

I've posted before about this collab between Thom Browne (who I LOVE) and Moncler. Well here's a piece for Fall '09 that I think is rockin' and rollin' and stays true to both identities.

Great vest, great buttons, love the high collar. I am in.

You can see further photos of the collection from Highsnobiety: http://www.highsnobiety.com/news/2009/07/13/moncler-gamme-beu-fallwinter-2009-collection/#more-51996

Things I Want: Henrik Vibskov Socks

I love wild socks... at work I'm somewhat known for always having stripes and color blocks and something a little different. So when I saw these by Henrik Vibskov, I had to jump. Especially loving the yellow (because yes, I am all about yellow).

Great find from Highsnobiety: http://www.highsnobiety.com/news/2009/02/07/henrik-vibskov-springsummer-2009-collection/#more-27959
